Welcome to the Arizona Desert! Villas West was built in 1965 as an adult community far ahead of its time. Comfortable single bedroom with queen bed. Newer full kitchen with gas stove and plenty of storage. Roomy bathroom has low-threshold shower. Wheelchair accessible. Wireless internet is included. Property is smoke-free inside and out. East facing roofed patio has comfortable seating, umbrella shade and dining. Full laundry in the back patio shed. Amenities include Green Valley Recreation Privileges (Tenant fees apply). Cleaning fee is $95.
Walk to the Wednesday Farmer's Market and several nice restaurants. Assigned single car parking. Nearby golfing includes Canoa Ranch and San Ignacio. Spectacular Madera Canyon is about a 30 minute drive east of Green Valley. A 20 minute drive south on I 19 will take you to Tubac with fabulous art, history, culture and shopping. We hope you enjoy your stay!

I am a semi retired Registered Nurse. My husband and I moved down here several years ago and absolutely love it. I live here in Green Valley., although I travel frequently.
Why they chose this property
I love this property because it was an older, charming, well-maintained place. I've done some updating to make it more comfortable.
What makes this property unique
Designed for residents over 55, these casitas (or villas) were built with 36" wide doorways and accessible bathrooms before the ADA Act was in existence. The climate is perfect for people who are looking for dry sunny weather most of the year.
