Krimovica is geographically very well positioned and known as a peaceful area overlooking the hilly area and greenery and fantastic Sea View. It is located in the center of the Montenegrin coast and belongs to the municipality of Kotor, although it is geographically closer to Budva. It is located near Jaz beach, Trsteno Beach, and Ploče beach and it's very easy to reach the nearby towns and monuments. For the best experience having a car as a must have.
What makes this property unique
Villa Una 2 itself is located in a quiet area, away from city noise and crowds, from where there is an spectacular view of the Adriatic Sea and wonderful sunsets and untouched nature surrounding it.
