Perfect location to walk or bike to almost everything in the area of Old Town Fort Collins. Has everything we needed for a four night stay. We didn’t do any cooking while we were there, but even with its small size, it had all the amenities we needed. The bikes were a great perk as well. Owners were very helpful and responsive. We had no real issues while we were there and the small one we had was taken care of so quickly, it wasn’t really an issue. Would stay here again!
The Carriage House was perfect for my business trip to Fort Collins. It was a quick walk for my wife to Old Town while I was at work. It had everything we needed for our stay.

good location. walkable to bars, restaurants and shopping.
Everything about this property was excellent. It is small, but the space is set up so well. The kitchen is well stocked, and there were extras like Starbucks coffee and healthy snacks. Our favorite part about this property is the location. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is 3 or 4 blocks from College, and then you are right in Old Town. Marion was quick to answer any questions that I had. Highly recommend!
Loved staying here. Clean and excellent location. Loved taking the bikes around and exploring Ft Collins. Easy walk or bike ride into downtown. So much to see and do around the house.
Great location in Ft Collins. Wonderful amenities and snacks. Everything you would need in provided. Quiet neighborhood and great sleep!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was spotless, well appointed and had a great shower with tons of hot water. The kitchen was set up with everything that you could want. The neighborhood was quiet and had everything within walking distance and there was even a designated parking spot.
The owner was very quick to respond to all communication and we will certainly stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay in the carriage house studio. It was just right for two people. Everything we needed was there for us, including extra blankets and nice soft towels. The location is wonderful within walking distance to downtown and the beautiful Old Town neighborhoods of Fort Collins.
I was in town for a quick business trip and to see my son, who is a freshman at CSU. Nice amenities, great location and I really appreciated the 11 AM check out time. I was able to get to my 9 AM meeting and back to load up my car. So much less stressful, as I am not much of a morning person! :)
The property was wonderful. Clean, bright and within walking distance to both CSU and Old Town
