NEW HOUSE! A brand new waterfront home. Incredible views on the smoothest water Smith Mountain Lake has to offer. Built in 2022 on 45 quiet & secluded acres of untouched forest. The modern & comfortable interior design makes this the perfect getaway for large groups of family and friends. Newly built dock!
You will have access to our dock during your stay to tie up your boat. Make sure to use bumpers to protect your boat and the dock.
You will LOVE this Smith Mountain Lake Home! Amazing waterfront views! 2 kayaks! SoloStove FirePit!
     - 2,000 feet of waterfront!
     - Hotspot Wi-Fi, multiple Smart TVs.
     - Located in calm water that is perfect for swimming, fishing, floating, and boating.
Guest access: You will have the whole house and yard during your stay.

     - Located within a few miles of state park & Blue Ridge Parkway
     - 25 minute boat ride to Bridgewater marina.

Security Cameras: The home has security cameras outside the house. There is one at the front door, one facing the parking lot, two monitoring the entrances to the house on both the top and bottom deck. These are used for security purposes only and no audio is recorded. There are absolutely no cameras inside of the house.

Seclusion is the word for this property

You will love this place if want to get away from it all as you are deep away from others on 45 acres on a beautiful lake. Home is well appointed for cooking as realized once got there we were eating in all dinners and breakfast and venturing out for lunch only. The views are fabulous and the bedding comfortable. My only warning to others is to be sure no issue with stairs as three of the four bedrooms require stairs. Hosts were great to work with.

Everything from top to bottom was perfect about this home. Absolutely stunning view of the lake. Communication from the owners was outstanding and the house was very well stocked and organized! We had use of their kayaks which was a lot of fun! Wonderful stay at a beautiful home!

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

Amazing stay at Lake Seclusion!

I have rented several houses in this area and Lake Seclusion rates at the top of my list! The house is aptly named; the property is very private and has wonderful lake views. The house is organized, tidy, and well-furnished. The beds are very comfortable and my teenage daughter asked me to message the host and ask where the linens could be purchased! The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Lake Seclusion has a fully stocked kitchen, and a large game/movie room with loads of games to play. The new dock is great and includes kayaks, paddle boards, and a canoe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to booking again. See you soon Lake Seclusion.

PERFECT Fall Weekend!

My first visit to Smith Mountain Lake and will NOT be my last! Already looking to rebook this place in the summer. The house is pristine! Brand new in every way and so many of the little details are thought out. You want to cook? Great selection of real kitchen gear including an instant pot and vitamix blender. Not just cheap crap from the dollar store. You want a fire in the evening (and YES you do!)? Brand new jumbo size Solo Stove and a mountain of firewood ready to go. You want to hit the water? Private dock with kayaks, stand up paddle boards, everything you need for fun. The house is perfectly laid out so that those that want privacy, get it, and those that want to be with the crowd, that’s covered as well. But the real reason you come is the view at sunset. You plan the rest of your trip so that every evening you are on the deck looking out over the water, watching the sun go down. And you stay there for two hours, minimum. It is truly magical. Can’t thank the hosts enough for a truly perfect weekend.

Property was amazing! Perfect place for a secluded getaway with family! Property managers were great to work with and very responsive! House had perfect views from everywhere. Great house. Clean. Ample space. Comfortable beds. Lots of supplies (toaster, coffee maker, nice pots, pans, and utensils for cooking, and some spices). Right on the lake. Great deck and windows! (Looks like they are still working on path down to the lake, but great property overall!)

Perfect lake location!

We rented this home for a family weekend to watch a V-Tech football game. The school is about an hour and 10 mins away, but we were grateful to be able to stay together and have the opportunity to cook and bring our own food. The house is brand new! 4 bedrooms, 2 with king beds, one with 4 singles and one with a queen bed. Three full new bathrooms also. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances etc and the fridge is large enough for all the food! Once the dock and boat ramp are installed this home is going to be very sought after. Great experience!
