Enjoy Florida weather under the inviting pergola in the spacious yard. The cozy bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and TV. Living room has a TV and a reclining sofa. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. A bonus room even has a piano! Black out curtains for sleeping. This downstairs apt has its own private entrance. The house is in walking distance to the Central Ave Trolley and the SunRunner which both run to St. Pete Beach and Downtown St. Pete. Parking on site.
