We're enamored with our charming neighborhood! Just a stroll away from Lake Cayuga, where boat rentals and tranquil waterfront walks await. Our neighbors are exceptionally welcoming and ever-ready to assist. Positioned snugly between two vibrant towns rich in history, we're treated to a plethora of dining spots and cozy pubs. Moreover, residing on the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail and Scenic Byway means a plethora of scenic escapades right on our doorstep, including hiking, biking, and indulging in wine tastings.
What makes this property unique
Our home, considered a piece of historical Ithaca, was built in 1860. Despite the weathered appearance, the original staircase retains its charm and authenticity. Featuring two balconies, one boasting breathtaking views of the lake, a tranquil ambiance fills the air. Positioned on a corner, our generous yard beckons with space for a myriad of outdoor activities and games, ensuring ample enjoyment for all.
