EXCELENTE IMÓVEL
Imóvel excelente, amplo e bem localizado. Acomoda facilmente mais de dez pessoas. O único inconveniente do Imóvel é a garagem que é bastante apertada, mas nada que atrapalhe a sua estada.

O imóvel tranquilamente acomoda 10 pessoas e possui uma ótima localização, ficando a uma distância relativamente boa da praia. No entanto, uma ressalva que deve ser considerada é que se faz necessário a revisão nos equipamento de climatização interna, pois somente um ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente e os outros dois somente ventilam. Por esse motivo dou quatro estrelas, destacando que a estrutura interna é suficiente para atender as necessidades de todos.

Adorei!
O Sr. Cristiano nos deu total atenção desde o inicio sobre informações do apartamento e etc. De fato são duas garagens para dois veículos, as condições do apartamento condizem com o informado no site. Na minha opinião foram até superiores. Minha família adorou o apartamento, a Betânia que nos atendeu quando chegamos, foi super atenciosa, super educada (sinceramente adorei ela e seus pais, pessoas educadíssimas e solicitas) ela nos passou todas as informações necessárias... O apartamento fica em uma rua tranquila, (o que foi muito bom, pois estávamos com crianças) praticamente ao redor de tudo (bancos, supermercados, padaria, farmácias, etc.) Não tivemos problemas com nada. Enfim adoramos e indico aos demais.

Apartamento amplo arejado, bem higienizado, móveis bem conservados, próximo de tudo, inclusive da praia, sem necessidade de sair com o carro. fomos muit bem recepcionados pela Betania e o Cristiano mesmo de longe sempre foi atencioso com as dúvidas que surgiam.
