This rustic bardominium has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has an office with a daybed that pulls out into a king. There is ample onsite parking in addition to lake access via a private boat ramp. There is a full kitchen and laundry room. This barndo is unique in that it has unique features like a Texas shaped sink and memorabilia from our travels. There is a refreshing wrap around porch with chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee. This property also has a garage door to the porch you can open on the cooler days.

Unparalleled hospitality

The Sarge, who lives on the adjoining property, was a superhost. While we regrettably did not have time to take him up on his offer to go out on the boat, we enjoyed hearing his story and hanging out with him. Our only hitch was that the listing said the house sleeps 6, and the one bed is too small for an adult. Still, we know where to look the next time we’re in Tyler.

perfect for wedding at Venue at the Orchards in Troup

We needed somewhere close to stay for my daughter's wedding, at The Venue at the Orchards in Troup. It was so convenient 20 min away. And it was a great space, plenty of room, comfortable beds, very clean--very cool NICE bathrooms/showers. we were sooo tired!! Easy to get in and out of. Quiet. Thank you!!
