Great Location
We were able to have the whole family together here. The ski locker and the ski in and ski out ability was amazing. Overall the property is very clean and well maintained. The hot tub was in the front of the property and had minimal privacy but aside from that it was five stars.

Great stay
We loved the stay at upper boarders. The only things I would ask is to upgrade the bedding. The beds were hard as well as the pillows. As welll as the beds. The location was great, kitchen fully stocked to cook, in unit washer/dryer, shuttle comes to front door! Would stay again for sure!

the place was nice
We got in late and had trouble with the check-in process. It was off-site, and Apple Maps didn't distinguish between the two buildings, which were named the same thing. But after that it was great. This is not a complaint but a suggestion.

Broken appliances
The location was great but communication with property manager not great. We got there and our washing machine was broken. We kept getting different answers from every front desk person, then the appliance person never came out to fix it, another two days passed and they then called a different one who came out to fix it the day before we left. It was very frustrating as we picked this place because it had a washer and dryer. Then the garbage disposal broke. They don't have a maintenance person on site 24/7. When we called at just shy of 5pm they said he had already left for the day so we were unable to cook dinner that night or breakfast the next day because the sink was overflowing with garbage disposal debris. Once the manager found out about the broken washing machine he tried to be helpful and offered to take our clothes to get washed the last two days we were there but that still wasn't easy. Location was great. Communication between staff not so great. If things are broken they were not easy to get fixed or very proactive. I would have kept calling the appliance company if I knew they hadn't come by 4pm that day but they just went home and said thats normal for the mountains.
