It has a nice sized terrace with sitting area and a sun lounger and a huge communal roof terrace which suits most sunworshippers with views towards the sea and ravine.
In an area of 35m2 means everything is at your fingertips but the living room does have a large picture window that gives you access to a private terrace, a bedroom with built in wardrobes and a complete bathroom.
