Back at your retreat, the interior showcases brand-new furniture throughout, as well as a vibrant beach-themed ambiance. Steps away, the condo's full kitchen presents ample meal prep space and a full suite of appliances - ensuring effortless cooking when you aren't dining out. Also off this space, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer.

The bedrooms are beautiful and bright with their nautical-themed mementos, central air-conditioning, and plush linens. When additional sleeping arrangements are needed, the living room sofa pulls out into a queen-size sofa bed.

A true focal point of the condo is its two private decks, one in the front and one in the back. Ideal for sunrise and sunset viewing, these decks will become one of your favorite spots to hang out and cherish special family moments. The front deck's storage closet houses beach chairs, available for your use. A shared grilling area rounds out the condo's stellar amenities!

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests must hose off the beach chairs after use.
No recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles, watercraft, trailers, golf carts, or motorcycles are allowed on the premises at any time.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
