Why they chose this property
This is an up and coming neighborhood that's close to the historic and iconic area of Fair Park Dallas. It's also close to vibrant areas in Dallas such as Downtown/Uptown Dallas, Oak Lawn, Deep Ellum, and Bishop Arts District.
What makes this property unique
This is one of the few properties that we can legally host short term rentals in the Dallas area, for large groups. The house is themed out to create Instagrammable experiences, and to have fun with family and friends!
