This elegant, five bedroom (+nursery), family friendly home sits on a beautifully wooded 2 acre lot, 1 mile from UF's Ben Hill Griffin Stadium and minutes from midtown, downtown and archer restaurants, as well as Shands Hospital and NFRMC. It's perfect spot for large groups and families to gather, with plenty of room to spread out and entertain. Perfect for game days, graduations, weddings or any other occasion where guests would appreciate a beautiful home with comfortable bedrooms.
Beautiful and spacious home with a formal living room, a more casual family room, beautiful gourmet kitchen, screened in porch, large bedrooms, nursery, large yard, and... location, location, location!
Guests have the entire home and property to themselves.
Guests are welcome to call anytime. We also have a maintenance crew to help with any mechanical issues that may arise.
Quiet residential neighborhood.
A car is recommended.
