Designed to bring the outdoor in, this house is bright and lively! Large open floor plan with views of the 300' of waterfront from every rear window. Chefs kitchen fully stocked. Custom bar, Sleeps 20 in actual beds!! You will not find another house like this. Kayaks and paddle boards available for guest use with liability waiver. Fully electric boat lift and double jet ski floating dock. Quite neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. Sits on 1.3 acre lot. 8 person hot tub and outdoor kitchen. Seating for more than 25 people. 4 FULL BATHS. Master bathroom has a shower fit for king with multiple sprayers. Just 10 minutes from down town Annapolis USNA and Baltimore. Dogs will be considered on a case by case basis for an additional fee. Master bedroom has large private balcony. Firepit, trampoline and tons of space for other yard games. X-box for the kids inside. Must see to truly appreciate this amazing home. Convenient for USNA commissioning week, football games, ring dance. Have hosted several weddings out back.
