Bring the whole family! Livin’ Legacy provides all the comfort & amenities for everyone to find their happy place and make your lakeside memories. Our home is waterfront w/ public boat launch right next door, boat slip for use in boat house, expansive kitchen equipped w/ all hosting needs, two living rooms, three patios, huge lot with green grass for games & playing! 40 x 30 building used for entertaining !! Four person hot tub along with a fire pit. Both bathrooms are double vanity;

Golf cart is available for rent for an additional $75.
**Main entrance of the home is on the second floor, up a flight of stairs. Someone will need to be able to climb the flight of stairs to be able to get into the home to let any elderly or handicap guests enter on the first/bottom floor.

Livin' Legacy home has been our family lake home for the past 13 years and it was time to start sharing it with others. It's a family friendly neighborhood with beautiful sunsets!

Livin' Legacy is spacious enough for families, big and small. So much to do at the lake from the water fun, green grass to run around and play football in, a hot tub, optional golf cart to cruise around the community, and SO many patios, you may get overwhelmed with options.
