I didn't choose this Neighborhood, unbelievable, it chooses to me! It happens a sequence of many events for almost 10 years of my life, which eventually pointed good friends and situations into an unexpected opportunity to get this land, given in Pure Sylver Platter, which I could not rejected, a Gift of the Gods!

Rosario Valle House is located inside Finca los SueƱos Nature Reserve, at the Rosario River Valley. This reserve creates a unique sanctuary for Biodiversity in Santa Cruz. Also blessed by the Blue Zone vicinity of Nicoya Peninsula, where the best healing, meditation, yoga, surf and wellness retreats are available in this country.
