The second guest bedroom offers a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The spacious living area offers plenty of seating with a sectional, Queen sleeper sofa and a love seat! Large flat screen TVs in the living area and WIFI throughout.
Walk right outside to your canal front patio with dining set with umbrella, propane gas grill, fire pit, and fabulous views.
37 feet of deep water dockage on a wide canal with a wood step down, fish cleaning table, water, lights, and electric. Bait freezer included! 3 kayaks included!
