Property includes pole barn, space to park boat, Floating dock with screened in porch and fish cleaning station. Keaton Beach boat ramp is within walking distance. Great fishing, scalloping and a perfect place to relax!! 5-10 min boat ride to the Gulf at idle speed! 25 min drive to Steinhatchee & 28 min to Perry.
