*The parking garage has a 6’ height limit. If your vehicle exceeds the height limit, parking is not permitted.
Check-in & Check-out:
*Self-check-in with the provided code.
*IMPORTANT: return the parking permit pass and garage key to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permit or key will result in a $300 fine (each item) due to building regulations.

IMPORTANT: The recreational deck includes the pool, hot tubs, BBQ grills, playground, tennis/basketball court is closed for renovation starting April 7th, 2025. This construction project is expected to last for approximately 12-15 months. We apologize for the lack of these amenities and the construction noise during this time. When the renovation project is complete, we will update our listing accordingly to include these amenities.
