Welcome to Cottage on the Hill. We're happy to share our home of 38 years with you. It has 2900 sf, 3BRs, den & office w/ sleepers, living & dining rooms, family room, kitchen, laundry, 3-1/2 baths & a 3 car garage. It is situated on a secluded 2-1/2 ac wooded site. A retreat in the city with plenty of area for outdoor activities.
Adjacent to Medina's South Town District. Just four blocks south of the Historic Medina Square and its restaurants, bars, coffee shops, specialty shops & events.

I'm from Valley City OH & my wife is from Caldwell, OH. We have lived in Medina at this property for 38 years but now spend most our time in Summerville, SC.
Why they chose this property
We love this property and the Medina area. When were home we walk to the coffee shops, restaurants and the Square. So much to do right here in Medina. Then there's Cleveland with the Rock-n-Roll HOF , museums, Guardians, Browns & Cavs. And the NFL Hall of Fame in Canton.
