Wheat Ridge Vineyard Estate

Welcome to Wheat Ridge Vineyard Estate. This one of a kind property is designed specifically for enjoying wine country to its fullest, indoors and out. You will find yourself in the midst of a 10 acre property, including 8.5 acres of vineyard. The home features 360 degree views, including the Blue Mountains, Walla Walla valley, and the Palouse. Take in these views while relaxing in the new 6 person hot tub, next to the heated salt water pool, or on the covered wrap around patio.

POOL SEASON: The beginning of May through September (Pool is closed October through April). Overnight low temperatures determine the swim temperature of the pool. The month of May is a cooler month overall in Walla Walla. Our heat pump will heat 20 degrees above the ambient overnight temperatures. (Polar plunge, anyone?) Our best swim months are June through September.

The patio area includes seating areas, fire pit, grill and outdoor speakers.
The experience continues inside the custom built, open concept home. Views can also be enjoyed in the great room with its unique window walls. The sitting room is ideal for conversation and provides a continuation of the outdoors inside. Three suites are located on the ground floor, two with king size beds and one with a queen. Two bedrooms are upstairs, with king size beds and sharing a bath. Work from home desks are provided as well as robust wifi. In addition, larger groups can also take advantage of a separate guest house with king size bed, kitchen, sitting area and fireplace.
Wheat Ridge Vineyard Estate is conveniently located near both the Eastside and Airport wine districts. We are a quick 10 minute drive from downtown Walla Walla or 5 minute drive from Walla Walla airport on US12.

This is a pet friendly property. 2 dogs maximum, $100 flat fee. Must be in reservation. Cancellation policy applies to pets too.

A 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.

Wine Country Gem

Amazing accommodations for our annual reunion of college friends from around the country. This house has every comfort and is wonderfully outfitted. The views out over the vineyard and wheat fields from the hot tub and pool are incredible. Will definitely be back.

What a great property!

Our extended family (11 adults) booked this property with rest and relaxation in mind. The property was gorgeous, very clean, had great views, and a well stocked kitchen. Would not hesitate to book here again.

Wine Weekend

The home was beautiful and so was view if the surrounding area. We loved the layout of the home and how well equipped it was with everything we might need. It was obvious that a lot of thought was put into making sure every possible need was met, including nice stem ware and lots of dishes. We will be back! My only suggestion, the home smelled a bit like a grease kitchen when we arrived and could use some additional ventilation near the range, or aired out a bit more between customers. It would have been helpful if some information had been provided in advance of the stay about the tech in the house. None of the live tv features worked well and none of us had the information with us to access our digital services. These two items will not sway us at all from staying at this property again, it was very nice and we enjoyed our stay!

Family plus Bridal Party

Wheat Ridge could not have been more perfect to kick off our wedding weekend and then be the home base for the bridal party. The house is the best appointed VRBO we have ever stayed in. Super comfortable beds too. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful VRBO House

We were two families that were coming together to Walla Walla for a pre-wedding gathering. There was a total of 10 adults and this VRBO had 6 bedrooms which was the perfect size for what we needed. The place was spacious and lovely. It had a wonderful outdoor space which we used for a backyard bbq. We loved the fact that almost all of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms (2 bedrooms had to share 1 bathroom) so that made mornings much easier for all concerned. Lovely gathering space in the kitchen/living room area. We were also able to enjoy some beautiful sunsets in the evening. Would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. The kitchen was fantastic. We now know we don't have to bring as many items to cook with. Next time, we will make sure the pool is open. Thanks for an excellent venue. By the way, we are all over 70 years old. :)
