It is a unique property to explore the western Mani area and all that is has to offer. All seven bedrooms are en-suite, there are 3 seperate kitchen areas and ample space for all. The estate, apart from its own olive trees that have been in the family for generations is surrounded by olive groves creating an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Why they chose this property
The property is located 15min walk from kalogria beach and 20min walk from Stoupa beach. It is between Kalogria and delfinia beach which are 2 of the best beaches of the area. It is 1min drive to Stoupa village which has many seaside restaurants and cafes. Closest supermarket is 2min walk. Kardamyli town is 6km away and Agios Nikolaos village is 5km away. Kalamata the biggest city is 45min drive.
What makes this property unique
As you enter the gate you park your car in one of the 7 parking spots. Then you start walking the pebble pathway and arrive at villa 1 which is a 2bed 2bath villa with private pool. Then a few meters down the path you see villa 2 which is a 2bed 2bath villa with private pool. Finally at the end of the pathway you see villa nr3, which is a 3bed 3bath villa with private pool. It is ideal for big family gathering, close friends and relatives to stay in a peaceful environment surrounded by olive trees.
