Do Not Go Here!

This place is not what is advertised! Its outdated,dirty they put pictures on the wall where there is holes. Hardly any lights,especially in the bathrooms. Can't see in the shower. Closet has no lights. Pullout couch is extremely soiled. No Hot tub alislisted

Well worth it

It did not start well as the unit we rented was not available due to a leak. The substitute unit met all expectations. The deor in the original unit which we moved to after a few days was much better but the lighting in the living area could be imroved. Host was responsive. Cannot argue with the location or the spectacular view

What You See Is Not Always What You Get

We arrived earlier than check in time and asked Emillio if it might be possible to leave our luggage in one of his units since ours was being cleaned. He stated he had another unit and we could meet the cleaning lady and leave our things there or our unit would be ready in 15 minutes so we just chose to wait. After about 40 minutes i asked if we were all set but received no response so we walked to a local spot for a bite to eat. After lunch Emillio sent message stating keyvwas in lock box gave me the code and told us we could go to our unit.When we arrived the door was open and key was on table. The kitchen was not clean debris on stove. Coffee next to coffee pot was left wide open, laundry soap dripping down washer. The rooms looked like they had been primed not actually painted, many cracks not repaired properly. Bathroom glass doors had soap scum on them. Front window had mud splashed on it thats probably why in pics it was open. Smaller bedroom looked like a closet with bed in it also with plenty of scuffs and marks on the wall.Hole in wall behind one bedroom door.Floor didnt look like it had been mopped as there was debrs on it not shiny st all as in pics.We asked Emillio if he had another unit but he did not. So our choices were stay here or find something else on Christmas week when most places were booked.Emillio did agree to a full refund but finding another spot took up valuable vacation time. Overally beware of this spot.
