Top Floor Beachfront Condo with Ocean view

Nani Kai Hale is a six-story condo located directly on the beautiful Sugar Beach in Maui. The suite is a cozy 1 bedroom, 2 baths, nicely furnished, top floor condo conveniently located on oceanfront in North Kihei with spectacular ocean, sunset, and mountain views. The south-central location is perfect for guests who want to conveniently explore all of Maui. Dining or shopping in Kihei, Wailea, and Lahaina, exploring Haleakala volcano or golfing at world class courses are all within a few miles.

You'll enjoy spectacular ocean views from the lanai or oceanfront lawn. The wicker chairs and side table on the lanai are for your comfort while you enjoy the scenery. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are available for guest use on the lawn, and we'll provide additional beach chairs to use on the long stretch of white sand beach that borders the resort.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, HD flat-screen television, Split AC, plenty of dresser drawer storage, and an attached master bathroom. In the living room, the couch converts to an additional queen bed (sofa-sleeper with memory foam mattress), ideal for the occasional overnight guest or small children, a large HD flat-screen television, split AC and access to a full secondary guest bathroom.

This unit features a full kitchen with big supply. In this space, you'll enjoy a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and other small appliances. Additionally, we provide all of the necessary cookware and utensils to cook and serve meals. This unit has a dining table that can comfortably seat 4 adults.

From the lanai, you'll enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the ocean view to your south. From this vantage, keep an eye out in the winter time for breaching humpback whales, which migrate to the warm waters of Maui to mate and give birth to their calves. You can also relax in a chaise lounge, or take a dip in the ocean or the heated pool. Watch the sunset from your lanai or join other guests at our beach front barbecue and dining area. With three gas grills and a patio with tables and chairs, beach front dining is easy and pleasurable.

We enjoyed staying here. It was located around 30 min from everything we planned to do so it was so convenient. We loved relaxing and looking at the ocean too. It was nice and clean too. The owner and the property manager were very nice and very helpful.

It was delightful staying at the condo. It was centrally located for our excursions. It had amenities such as beach chairs and towels at our fingertips. Beautiful stay
A wonderful condo to stay at for our Maui part of our vacation. The condo was very clean and accurently described. Wonderful location. Beautiful beach walking and walking distance to Ululani's Hawaiian Shaved Ice-YUM! Our host was wonderful -even messaging us when the electricity went out and having a nice card waiting for us to help us celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Will definitly recommend to friends and family!

Great location on Sugar Beach
The cozy apartment enjoys a lovely view of the ocean through the waving palm fronds. The king bed is very comfortable. Two bathrooms with roomy walk-in showers, shampoo, body wash, and towels made for an efficient his and hers utilization. Updating ceiling fans with lights would make a huge improvement for enjoying evenings and the occasional cloudy day. Nice pool and beachside chairs on a lawn lead to direct access to Sugar Beach and its miles long walks.

Amazing Maui Trip
Perfect little condo for our week long stay. The condo is exactly as described and pictured. Perfect beach for sunrise walks or swims and even better for sunsets. 5 minute walk to the best bakery and farmers market for slower mornings or 5 minute drive to Kehei for anything else you want! If you want super fancy and higher end “stuff” this isn’t for you. This is the perfect spot for a laid back vacay that’s central to getting to the fun stuff. 10/10 would book again!

We were not in the unit that much as we were with family most of the time. The unit was very clean and had a great view of the ocean and surrounding mountains. A new sofa would be nice for watching TV.

Easy walk to the beach, very clean, comfortable master bed. The pullout in the living room was a little small for our two teenage sons to use together but we just used an air mattress and both boys had space. We love staying here!

The place was nicely centrally located. The kids loved the toy box and had everything one could want for a fun beach day. The floors could have been a little cleaner in the condo when we arrived. The bed was super comfortable. Overall everything was fine.

Convenience on the beach
The central location was great for seeing sites on the entire island! I like to explore so this was perfect to get anywhere on the island quickly. Also, the pool right off the beach was ideal as pool time still felt like beach time as the ocean was in the background anytime the kids wanted to swim. Lastly, the host was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful.

Sugar Beach hidden gem!
The charm of this building is second to none. Kris the Host was so responsive to any questions we had about our visit to the island. The accommodations, magnificent sunsets and spectacular rainbows are all so memorable! The unit was very comfortable. We are already booked for next year!

Great Spot!
The best way to review a place is to start with this simple question--would I stay here again? Absolutely yes! Perfect location, pictures accurately reflect the property. The only negative is we did not stay long enough to enjoy what this place has to offer. Great beach, uncrowded and very clean. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept on away from home, including some of the best pillows I've ever had (where are they from?--I want to get some for home). Absolutely recommend!

What a delightful stay!
606 Nani Kai Hale was more than we expected! Cozy and well-maintained with all the necessities for a lovely Hawaiian vacation. With this location being right on Sugar Beach. The views of the beach, pool, mountains and sunsets from the lanai were spectacular. The owner was very prompt with any questions. The little note and cookies left for us was so Aloha! We anxiously await our return trip in 2024!

Maui is Meditation
Nani Kai Hale was an absolute delightful destination. The beach is awesome, uncrowded and steps from our suite. It exceeded our expectations in every way! The building was extremely well cared for and the Resident Manager most helpful. Our suite was warm and welcoming. Maui ribs on the bbq, magical sunsets, what more could you ask for. I highly recommend this location for your visit to paradise.

The unit was very clean and well was well stocked. However the unit was very outdated. The sofa sleeper mattress needs to be replaced. Patio door needs maintenance. Patio was blocked by air conditioner unit and somewhat hindered the view. Felt verbiage stating corner is somewhat misleading as it was not the real comer unit.

Fabulous Maui Property!
This condo was perfect in every way! If you are looking for an A+ owner and a place to call home in Maui look no further. The location was ideal - easy drives to all of the places on our bucket list. The property itself is located on the quiet end of Kihei with fantastic views, daily rainbows to the north were a bonus. The condo had all the comforts of home and was the very first VRBO property we've stayed in that had an ample supply of towels and washcloths (if you travel via VRBO you know this to be true). Another bonus was the proximity of the laundry facility on the same floor - no need to overpack for this trip. Great property owner, excellent communications and a lovely Hawiian welcome. All in all, a great place to stay in Maui!!

We loved everything about our stay here! The location is quiet and very relaxing, but you're just a short drive away from stores and restaurants as needed. The beach is amazing, great for long walks and ample space for everyone. The proximity of the pool, grassy lounge area and BBQ area is so convenient. The condo itself had everything we needed and more! The bed was very comfortable (and I usually have issues with soreness when travelling so I was very happy). We loved having the two bathrooms. There is ample storage and closet space to organize your belongings. We appreciated the extra washcloths, hand towels and towels! Kitchen has everything required. We loved using the small cooler and there are ice packs in the freezer as well! So smart. We didn't use the AC too much, but the split system is very helpful if you just need a bit of cooling in the bedroom or vice versa. Nice, cushioned chairs on the lanai as well! Enjoyed having a coffee out there in the mornings. Check-in and other instructions were easy to follow. The building and property are well taken care off and it shows. We would definitely book to stay here again! Thanks again!
