Enjoy time relaxing and grilling a meal by the private pool or take a short walk to Caps for a stunning sunset dinner! Plenty of space in the cozy open floor plan to enjoy time with friends and family at any time of day. A short walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. 10 minute drive to Historic Downtown St Augustine!

This home is located in a peaceful neighborhood just a short walk to the beach! The private pool is luxurious and the patio has plenty of room to lounge, grill, or play games.

The living room and kitchen open up to one another and provide a large area where everyone can be together!

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
