About this property
Dog-friendly home to yourself - only 7 minutes to downtown Portland
Enjoy all that Portland offers in a comfortable, two-bedroom (plus finished basement) home in a quiet neighborhood all to yourself:
*Spacious bedrooms and open living space with hardwood floors
*The bathroom is newly renovated with a newly tiled tub/shower.
*Finished basement with living room space, TV, and bedroom area.
*Reliable high-speed internet
*New heat pumps for heat and AC
*A deck with a gas grill and a fully enclosed and nicely landscaped backyard.
*Two off-street parking spaces (one behind the other) + plenty of on-street parking
*Full kitchen with pots and pans, plates and utensils, etc
You will be staying in my family's home (you will have the entire property to yourself)– you should find space in the top drawers and some hangers in the closet. Please respect our space and belongings.
The home is 7 minutes from downtown (the Old Port). Whole Foods is also just a short drive away--as are Trader Joe's and other local supermarkets. And, of course, Portland has world-class restaurants.
I'm happy to provide advice to guests. As a native of the area, I can help recommend local restaurants, bars, nature, beaches, parks, music venues, breweries, etc., around Portland (and I am happy to provide insights for other points of interest in Maine.)
