Fully stocked kitchen so you can enjoy a home cooked meal inside or outside on the picnic tables while you enjoy the nice breeze. Home comfortably sleeps 8 but can accommodate 9. 2 kings, 1 queen, a queen & twin sleeper sofa. This home has large decks and is conveniently located between the beach and sound side. Close to shopping and activities. Linens & towels provided.
A 3-minute walk to public beach access. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for use along with a beach cart to transport items to the beach.
1.5 miles to the Topsail shops, restaurants, and activities and 7 miles to Surf City Pier.
Master bedroom has a king size bed w/a master bathroom and huge walk-in closet with built in drawers and shelves. The master bathroom has a large jetted tub.
Second bedroom has a king bed with plenty of storage for personal belongings.
Third bedroom has a queen bed with plenty of storage for personal belongings. Both guest bedrooms share a full bath.
Main living room has a queen sofa sleeper and a twin sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space.
In addition to the main living room, there is a bonus loft upstairs with seating and a Roku TV. There is a baby gate that can be used to block off the stairs.
Washer and dryer located inside the home and available for use during your stay.
Huge decks to relax and enjoy the nice ocean breeze. Enjoy the intercoastal views from the back deck.
Downstairs you will find two outdoor picnic tables and an outdoor shower that has both hot and cold water.
One towel and one wash cloth provided for each registered guest. We will supply a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent, and trash bags.
As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include

A separate security deposit for $400 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.
Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.
