Want to stay here again!

We were impressed by this beautiful house and amenities! There was plenty of room to spread out, a nicely appointed kitchen, comfortable couches, plenty of seating, cozy and comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, games to play, a really nice fire pit and gorgeous views! Definitely a great place for a family get together!

Horseshoe Lake wedding wedding

We had a fabulous time staying at this house there is so much sleeping space. We had 15 people 6 adults and 9 children and there was still beds open for more people if we wanted. All the kitchen appliances worked properly and we loved that there was vacuums to clean up after the kids. Thank you thank you.

Wedding/ Family reunion

Our whole family came together for a family reunion and to participate in our (Michelle and Denis') daughter's wedding. The home is beautiful and can easily handle 14 people with everyone having their own space. My son-in-law's family lives on Crosslake and he was able to bring over a pontoon boat and ski boat that we kept at the dock. There is a sauna, sand beach and ample room in the yard for lawn games. We stayed active all week, but took time in the evening to sit on the deck and look over the lake which was very quiet the whole week. We talked to our host, Emily, several times during the week and she was always very accommodating. We would highly recommend this home to any group that would like to spend a wonderful week on the lake.

Disliked: Listing accuracy

House was clean, nicely appointed, but feels like a work in progress. Listing wasn't accurate.

The house itself was clean and well appointed with plenty of space for 2 families. There are really only 2 private bedrooms, then an additional open loft and a massive bunk room. Would not be ideal if all the kids weren't open to sleeping in the bunk room together. Unfortunately the listing specified 3 things that did not exist. A boat lift, a play ground for kids, and a hot tub. We arrived and brought our boat, only to find the lift occupied by the owners boat, despite earlier confirmation that the lift would be available. The owner did not resolve the situation and we were unable to use the lift. There is also not a hot tub or a kids play ground. Overall you can tell the property is just getting started as a rental. With some additional finishes and an accurate listing, the rating would certainly go up.
