Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is a hidden gem in the Texas Hill Country! It was originally settled by starving artists in the 80's who were looking for a peaceful and serene area to create their artwork. There is a calming vibe that is indescribable, where you can't help but decompress from the stress of every day life. From stargazing at night to bird-watching in the mornings on the deck, you can't help but feel a special connection with nature.
What makes this property unique
This property was built in the 1980's by the local artists who first settled this land. The dome that is now used for storage was built as a hang out space to play music because of the amazing acoustics. The interior has rustic. natural wood throughout, but modern updates for comfort. It is a multi-level home built high up onto the hillside, which is what gives the amazing views of the lake.
