This two bedroom two bath home. Has its own private pool. Fish or relax down by the water. Located near downtown Cape Coral. Shopping, dining and nightlife within minutes. If you’re traveling with friends or family other side of duplex is also available for rent. The other side has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. I choose this property for its quiet neighborhood, and great views of the canal. We enjoy sitting in the lanai or on the dock, watching boats pass by. And occasionally even seeing a dolphin.
