Welcome to our completely remodeled and beautifully decorated house in the heart of Carrollton. According to Niche, Carrollton is one of the best places to live in Texas.
This completely remodeled, tastefully decorated, 2 story fabulous home, features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 dinning areas, 1 living room, 1 game room with Pool Table/ Pingpong/ Air Hockey is perfect for friends and family gatherings.
Downstairs Master bedroom with king-size bed, dresser, chest of drawers, night stands and attached bathroom and a large walk-in Closet, 60" Roku LED smart TV, sleep 2
Upstairs 2nd bedroom with two full beds, night stand, walk in closet, sleep 4
3rd bedroom with Queen size bed, dresser, night stand, walk-in closet, sleep 2
4th bedroom with one full-over full bunk bed and one twin-over-twin , night stand, chest of drawers, walk-in closet, sleep upto 6 kids
Bathrooms
1st floor: New Master bathroom has separate frameless shower and free standing bath tub. New Half bath
2nd floor: Completely upgraded full bath and shower combo.
Parking: Guests can park 3 cars in front of the house and 4 in the driveway.
Laundry: Guest have full access to the washer and dryer
We have Wi-Fi controlled self-check in smart lock. On your check-in morning, a customized code will be sent via VRBO message.
Guests have access to the entire house except the garage we currently use as a storage.

Super quite neighborhood, Conveniently located, close to dining and shopping, 2 major highway nearby. DFW international airport, Gaylord Texan Resort, Grapevine Mills Mall and Great Wolf Lodge water park are within 15 miles, Rangers and Cowboys stadiums, six flags and hurricane harbor are within 30 miles.
It is best to get around by car.
No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or events to be held with unauthorized / unregistered guests. ***Additional fee for 8+ guests Our nightly rate includes the first 8 guests, for an additional guest, a $25 fee will apply. ***Trash day is every Monday morning, please place trash cans in front of house on Sunday evening.
