Great location
Wonderful place to stay. Close to the action yet also in a quiet neighborhood. Only drawback was the downstairs bedroom didn’t have a king size bed. Beautiful cabin though - we would stay here again!

Great time fun memories
All beds were wonderful even the pullout couch was amazing. The dining room area has a big enough area that you could put a queen size or even king size blowup mattress if need to be, but the location is wonderful mountains the hot tubs amazing. Definitely a go to spot.

This property was amazing! It was exactly as described and in a beautiful location. The space was so nice and clean and every detail makes for a wonderful vacation spot. We had a wonderful time and we'd love to come and stay again!

Hot tub doesn’t work
Location of cabin is great. Fit my family well. But hot tub doesn’t work & was a big selling point for us when booking cabin. Oven was dirty & had so much old food at the bottom when you turned on the oven the smoke alarm went off every time. So no cooking unless you use the stove top. Overall I’d give the cabin 2/5 stars.

It’s a clean, cute adorable cabin! The hot tub and the outdoor deck looking over the Smokey Mountains was perfect! The cabin manager was quick to answer any questions I had.

The Cabin beautiful and clean! We saw a mama bear and her 3 cubs on our first day there. The only negative is the jet tub in the bedroom didn’t work. Overall we had a fantastic mini getaway at this cabin.

Not what expected
For the most part the cabin was clean BUT cob webs met us on the wreath on the porch as well as around the porch. Opened the door and was a BAD musky smell so had to buy candles to try to kill that smell. All flowers and plants were covered in dust. Only one towel and wash cloth for each of the 4 of us staying in the cabin for 3 nights. Did find 4 more towels by the jetted tub. Contacted the owner to see if there were more and he replied right away that more should be under the sinks or in the drawers. There wasn’t and I didn’t go on vacation to spend every night washing towels and wash clothes! I also asked him about the shower in the main bathroom. There is NO way to turn it on. The couple that stayed with us there both have bad knees and very hard to do stairs. Had I known it was tub only I never would have booked A Cut Above cabin. The owner has yet to reply to my question about the shower!!! It needs some MAJOR updating as the couch you sink down in when you sit on it and extremely uncomfortable so most of the time we sat in the kitchen chairs. Also the bed linens in the upstairs bedroom need replacing. The dust ruffle is ripped and hanging on the flower. Pillow shams are torn and the sheets are old and don’t stay on the deep mattress. The only thing that was good about it was it’s close location to pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It desperately needs a very good DEEP cleaning.It also has a smell when sitting on the deck that smells like sewage.Wont stay here again

A cabin with a view
Great place to stay! Perfect for a family of 4. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the main strip but yet the cabin was a nice short drive up the mountain with a nice view. Also enjoyed the bear sightings during our stay there.

Family vacation
We loved our stay. The cabin was perfect for our family. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub every night after hiking all day. We saw a mama bear with her 3 cubs in the neighborhood.
