About this property

Peaceful guesthouse located just 1 mile from the AMP

Enjoy staying on our peaceful 3 acre property, yet only minutes from the Promenade Mall and AMP. Quick access to I-49 will take you quickly to all of the area attractions including the U of A, Crystal Bridges, Bentonville's bike trails, or Walmart headquarters.
While you are home enjoy the peaceful setting and relax in our 2 bedroom 1 bath guesthouse. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and incredibly comfortable Helix King mattress. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the living room a sleeper sofa with pull out queen bed to sleep up to 6 people total. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need including microwave, frig, stove, crockpot, coffee pot, toaster, etc. There is also a full size washer and dryer.
We live on the property and are onsite to insure your next stay is everything you want it to be.We would love the opportunity to host your next stay here in NWA.

One night for a concert

Stayed for one night to see a show at the AMP. Its a close drive to the amp. Considering the house is so close to town its cozy and country feel. Clean and more privet then i expected for a guest house. Adorable, clean and stunning windows for an open country view.

Peaceful and Clean Retreat

We travel frequently, and this place stood out as a peaceful and clean retreat. We loved the cute extras like the snack basket for the kids, games, throw blankets, and books to read. The large window overlooking the well-maintained backyard was a wonderful touch. The location was perfect, close to the Walmart AMP, Topgolf, shopping, and restaurants. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

Very Cute and near AMP!

I took my teen girls and friends to a concert at the AMP nearby. This property was perfect, very spacious, clean, and close by! Would recommend!

Rogers / Daisy Tournament visit

This was a great location with easy access. The condition of the property was better than advertised. All the bedding was comfortable (same with furniture in den) and the linens were clean and in good shape. The kitchen was well equipped.

Weekend Visit

Clean, comfortable. Enjoyed the DVDs. Close to everything, but tranquil. Morning coffee on back porch was perfect while overlooking the pasture.

Adorable and convenient

My son and I recently stayed 4 nights while we were in town for a baseball tournament. The rental is attached to the back of a large garage, which concerned me at first, however I never heard the garage doors in use. The interior was very clean and spacious. Location was perfect! It's close to the interstate, shopping, groceries, and entertainment. If we ever come back to the area, we'd love to stay again!

Great location and hosts

We were in town for a concert at the Amp. This was the perfect location. The guest house is very cozy. We loved the big windows, comfy couch and snacks. The hosts were very kind. They even let us know we forgot a book and set it out for us in a plastic bag to protect it since we were still in town.

Rogers Guesthouse
