About this property

Near the largest water park in Latin America, the beach park. Very large house with 4 bedrooms and two suites, all with air conditioning. All rooms with double bed, plus a huge lounge on the top (with 3 more beds ) at the bottom is a dining room that has an 8-seater table, a living room with sofa, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen (fridge, stove and utensils such as pans, glasses and etc). Outside there is a garage that gives 3 cars, barbecue by the pool and small table in the backyard for outdoor coffee. The house has wi-fi and tv intenet, besides the advantage of being well located. It is 30 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the largest and best fortress malls. It is opposite the luxurious Carmen sterffens outlet. Perfect home for all tastes because it is great for those who love to be surrounded by friends or for those who love tranquility with privacy. As we care about the future of the world and the environment, we have a complete solar energy system to enjoy the wonderful sun God has given us.

Summer Vacation

Nice house, very comfy with a lovely pool and lots of seating areas, flowers and gardens. Very nice view of ocean from atop a big hill. Road construction was ongoing almost our entire 2 week stay, so it was often noisy and difficult to take our car to go places. The kitchen cooking pans were pretty old and need to be replaced. The lights in the house are all bright white and need to be changed to soft white bulbs to provide a warmer and more relaxing ambiance. Also, there is no AC inside the common areas of the house so at night it was extremely hot because we had to close all the windows to keep all the mosquitos out. It would be nice if the owners added a couple more AC units (just the bedrooms have them). The host was quite good and responsive. The neighborhood is a little sketchy in terms of safety, but the house had an electric fence and lots of security cameras, and the caretakers house was adjacent to ours, so there was a reasonable level of feeling safe. The beaches are close by but you mostly need a car to access. Not a whole lot of great restos but we found several that were quite good!

Um dos melhores feriadoes!

Local muito bom pra relaxar. Tivemos a impressão de que estávamos na nossa própria casa. O pessoal que nos deu suporte nos deixaram muito a vontade e eram bem discretos, sem aborrecimentos. A casa é linda. Ar condicionado nas duas suítes. Colocamos 4 carros na garagem. Não tivemos problemas com assaltos, mas evitamos andar na região, ficamos só na casa porque atendia a tudo que buscávamos. Nossas queixas são apenas quanto ao freezer que estava vazando quando chegamos e à geladeira que não gelava. Tivemos também um problema com a falta de gás que foi rapidamente sanado pela caseira. Recomendamos demais o local e inclusive já repassamos o contato para diversos amigos e familiares.

A melhor casa em Porto das Dunas!!!

Our stay here was awesome! We moved from the United States to Brazil and stayed in this house for a month. The view is stunning! The house is huge. It has 9 beds so it was perfect for our family. The land is very large for a temporary stay. It had a great yard for my kids to play in. There is great pool with a barbecue area. There is a wonderful family who lives on the property who cares for the home. They did all of our cooking, cleaning, and were helpful to answer any questions we had. I was very cautious when moving to Brazil because of safety. This was a great place for us to land until we were able to purchase a home here. Also, it is like a paradise on this property. There are banana trees, mangos, and other fresh fruit. The owners of the property had the upmost integrity and did everything they said they would do. There were no surprises at all. They even arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport. I would recommend this property to all my friends and family. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your home! // Nossa tempo aqui foi incrível! Mudamos a partir dos Estados Unidos para o Brasil e ficou em nessa casa por um mês. A vista é deslumbrante! Eles fizeram todo o nosso cozinhar, limpar, e foram úteis para responder a quaisquer perguntas que tínhamos. Fiquei muito cauteloso quando se deslocam para o Brasil por causa da segurança. Este foi um ótimo lugar para nós para a terra até que fomos capazes de comprar uma casa aqui. Além disso, ele é como um paraíso nesta propriedade. Há árvores de banana, manga e outras frutas frescas. Os donos da propriedade teve a integridade supremos e fizeram tudo o que disseram que fariam. Não houve surpresas em tudo. Eles ainda providenciado por um táxi para nos pegar no aeroporto.
