Great visit to Happy Valley

We came in for the UCLA game with my brother and his family, 6 people total. Kristen, our host, reached out a few days before with some instructions for our checkin and to welcome us. Check in was super easy, there were instructions for the property waiting for us, and the house and grounds were beautiful and spotless. Location to downtown, campus, and the stadium is very good, and we had a wonderful time. Kristen and her husband, Nick, were immediately avail by phone the one or 2 times we needed them and we’d happily stay with them again!

We are a family of three with a dog. We just moved to our house in 2022 from Pittsburgh and we are absolutely in love with our house and it's charming character. We are excited to share our little piece of heaven with you!
We enjoy exploring this area, playing on Raystown Lake, mountain biking, hiking, and checking out all the wineries, breweries, and cideries.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a little more property after living in the city so we were very excited when this property became available. You can't beat the surrounding views of farm fields and the backdrop of Rothrock State Forest.

What makes this property unique

We love the privacy, the views, and how quick you can still get into town even though we are in the country.
