This beautiful property was very clean, well furnished and a wonderful place for 5 friends to share a few days together. We had a delightful stay which included enjoying some local restaurants. There is also easy access to larger shopping areas.

We had a great stay in this house. Beautiful, clean and comfy beds (we like our beds a bit firm). We went on a few walks and the neighborhood was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Thanksmas Celebration

My husband and I rented this property to stay at while we traveled to Ames to celebrate the holidays with family and attend an ISU football game. Our kids and grandson were coming in from KC and Idaho, so we needed a larger home with room for gathering and celebrating our own little Christmas as well. We were pleasantly surprised by The Cove and would recommend! Safe neighborhood, relaxing atmosphere and proximity to Ames, Ankeny and DM areas!

Beautiful & Comfortable House

Our family of 6 adults and 4 children all enjoyed staying at this house. It had everything we needed plus more. So nice to have game room space and the bunk room for the kids. Kitchen fully equipped so it made making meals easy. Beautiful decor and comfortable linens. Back deck is peaceful.

Fantastic Stay

Stayed in Polk City for ISU football game. Fantastic place. Clean, great layout - lots of room! Nice community close to Des Moines, Ankeny, and an easy 25 minutes from Stadium. Loved it!

Incredible Place!

This house is spacious, immaculate and seemingly brand new. It was the perfect space for our seven older adults but would be great for families with children as well. Everything you need is in both the kitchen and bathrooms. Beds are very comfortable with soft, luxurious linens. Plenty of very nice pillows. Towels are thick and fluffy. Close proximity to Polk City, Ankeny, and Des Moines, in a quiet family neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

50th Anniversary Family Weekend

This was the perfect home in a great location for our family to gather to celebrate our parents' 50th anniversary! There was plenty of space for all 14 of us to stay under one roof. The home was immaculate! We enjoyed being able to grill our meals on the deck. Family disc golf and baseball games were played just a short drive away.

Perfect Place for a Family Getaway

Our group consisted of infants to adults, and everyone had a great time. There was more than enough space for everyone (we used the air mattress provided) and the 3 full bathrooms was a great added bonus. The house is in a quiet residential area. We went boating at the Saylorville Lake Marina, which is less than a mile away. We also had a day at Big Creek Park and Living History Farms. I also recommend the ice cream place in town. The grocery store is conveniently close too. Overall the place was very clean, everything looked brand new, and we are looking forward to coming back.

Premier Polk City Pad

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this property. It exceeded all of our expectations. It was well-equipped with everything we needed. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, it offered both serenity and convenience. The space was clean and well-maintained. Cleanliness on the Cove

We had an activity at Iowa University the same week as a big concert and had a hard time finding a hotel or VRBO. We thought we would regret having to stay so far from Ames, but every day we came back to this house, it felt like coming home! It was so clean, with great bed placement for all types of families and gatherings, a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of amenities, and a basement full of fun for the kids. The management company was easy to communicate with. It was a great stay! I'm a picky girl who travels with her own sheets and I would stay in a house like this every time with ease! No need to question staying here! This is your place!
