Great location and amenities

Michelle's place was perfect for a short family getaway! Both Assateague national seashore and the Ocean City boardwalk are within a 15 minute drive. We enjoyed using the community pool and the paddle boats. Michelle was super easy to communicate with and everything was as expected. We would recommend this place!

Great location

Location was close to OC but far enough away so there was no traffic on the road. The development was right on the bay with a beautiful view. Pleanty of sleeping room in the house. Host was very kind and great with communication!

First Time to Assateague Island

Our family of 4 kids visited for the first time to see the wild horses and the cottage was a pleasure to stay at and beautifully located to beaches and other attractions. The playground was perfect for the younger children and community seemed to be very safe.

ASSATEAGUE Pointe Cottage

Cute place to stay, away from the crowd of Ocean City. Only my wife and I, and the second bedroom are bunkbeds, definitely for younger kids. Clean, easy access to property and easy access to Aassategue. Only issue was linens (bed/pillows not covered).

Great location and host

The location was excellent; a short distance between Ocean City, Berlin, and Assateague National Park. Located in a gated community we had no problems getting in and it's very quiet. Minor issues include lots of flies inside the house and wet linen and towels left in the dryer.

Great for a getaway

The owner is wonderful. We have enjoyed our stay. There was no wi-fi, (but that was temporary, should be fixed) and it was good to disconnect. The price was awesome compared to others in the area, thank you.

Very nice place to stay.

We stayed in this cottage at Assateague Pointe during Ocean City Bike Week and really enjoyed our stay. It was in a quiet community away from all the hustle and bustle, but convenient to any place we wanted to go. The cottage was clean and well furnished. The owners were great to deal with. They were easy to communicate with and were very prompt at returning messages. Thank you for allowing us to stay here. We will definitely keep your place in mind the next time we travel to Ocean City.

Clean, comfortable and convenient!

This was our first time visiting Maryland and our first time renting through VRBO. Our experience was amazing. This community had everything we hoped for and the friendliness of everyone around was an added pleasure. Michelle made our stay so comfortable with her attention to detail and very clean abode ! The boys loved the extra room with their "own" table to eat. It was a pleasure to stay at the Pointw ! We will definitely rent again !

Great time.

This property worked extremely well for my vacation with my kiddos. First time using this type of stay, had always stayed at motels. Everyone loved the feeling of being at home. I had 7 total , 3 adults and 4 grandkiddos. This was centrally located to everything we were looking to experience in the OC MD area. Michele was wonderful and answered any and all questions and needs promptly! We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent! Exactly what we wanted!

It was absolutely wonderful. The house was so cute! Very comfortable. Everything worked wonderfully and was plenty of linens. The area was incredible. The fishing dock was very relaxing and the free paddle boats made for a great place to read. Would be a great place for a family to vacation. The owner was amazing too! Very attentive and responsive. She's the absolute best and incredibly accommodating. I can't wait to set up my vacation for next year in hopes I can rent this exact location.

God Sent Vacation

Michelle's place was amazing. My son has Autism and during COVID-19 quarantine he shut down a bit. I was looking for a safe place for our family. Michelle's place exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, fully stocked, central to all of the other amenities in the community, and safe. It was a 5 minute ride to beautiful Assateague. The WIFI was fantastic and so was the AC. My son blossomed during our stay and to us it was priceless. We cannot wait to go back!

Wonderful!

My family had a wonderful time in Assateague Pointe! The community felt safe, relaxed, and family-friendly! We enjoyed the pool, playground, and pier. It was a beautiful community to take the kids on evening walk/bike rides. Neighbors we super friendly, too, even though we were passing through they treated us just like neighbors. The security team was always visible and made us feel safe and welcome. The home was well kept and almost everything we needed was already there. My kids enjoyed playing in the yard and the indoor space that a typical hotel room wouldn’t provide to preschoolers. We even enjoyed an evening meal at the spacious table on the porch! Would definitely visit here again!!

Very convenient for my extended family vacation

This rental worked out well for my family. We had a large family vacation with our extended family. Normally I don’t have to rent here because my parents and sister own in the community. So it was nice to find a place close to all of them. Michelle was very helpful and always answered questions quickly. There were a few items with in the house that needed updated . Can opener and broom where broken . Other then that is was a nice stay .
