I loved the condo. It was adorable and.helped me feel at home on my first solo mom/son vacation. The only negative was how loud the AC unit is licking on and off. My son ended up in the master bedroom with me as the utility closet is on that bink room

Fantastic!

It was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. Perfectly decorated and was stocked with all the essentials. I had a couple questions because the complex was so busy when we got there, being Spring Break and the owner was super quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great Place

We had a great mini trip to the beach. I was injured and couldn’t leave the room but it was easy for my mom to take my son around the property. We were able to have a grocery delivery and had no issues getting Door Dash deliveries.

Great place!

The condo was great! Love how it was decorated and we had everything we needed during the stay. The host was amazing and fast at responding back to questions. Location was right across from the beach and across from pineapple Willy’s which was great!

Beautiful rental

Everything was great, listing , communication. The rental was just as described . Great location great place to eat right across the road. Easy walk to the beautiful beach! I would stay again and you won’t be disappointed! They thought of everything didn’t need anything. Michigan senior vacationers . We were even here for the winter storm .

Amazing Condo with Gorgeous Views of the Ocean!

We had the best time at this condo. The property manager was amazing and went above and beyond! This property has all the extras you can think of. Just bring your food and you will be good to go. The views are top notch with an ocean view. We plan to come back again and again.

Great Place!

Our first time in Florida and we had a wonderful time! Great location, great condo, great view, great host. Appreciated the extras like an in-unit washer and dryer, sand toys, boogie boards, wagon. There are lots of pools and it has private beach access. We would love to come back, the kids didn’t want to leave!

Best VRBO I've stayed in

My group and I were very lucky to have stumbled upon this rental. We had unfortunately been canceled on by a different rental property at this resort and picked this listing last minute. I was not sure what to expect because all we wanted was a place to lay our heads, but this place far exceeded our expectations. This condo has such an incredible view and was extremely clean, spacious, and well put together. My group and I really enjoyed all of the amenities our host provided, such as beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, games, etc. I have stayed in a lot of rentals, and this has been the best one yet. My only reservations had to do with the resort itself due to the extremely long waits for the elevators. I will say that by the end of our trip, we figured out how to best navigate the resort, but it was tricky at first! Kelly is a phenomenal host and kindly answered all of my questions! I would recommend staying here no matter what group you have with you! There is something for everyone to enjoy! Again, I cannot express to you how nice this condo was and how much my group and I enjoyed our stay!

Great spot!

We enjoyed our time at Laketown Wharf. It's a great location with easy access to the beach, which was never crowded during our stay. Only used the pool once because there was no lifeguard on duty and the amount of dangerous play was too much for my 2 lifeguards in the group. Also the no smoking on property was not enforced so we spent quite some time avoiding this. Our condo was fantastic! The view was incredible. We were pleasantly surpised with the umbrella, chairs and wagon for the beach. It was very quiet at night despite a bedroom being right on the walkway, we never heard anyone going by. The condo was very well stocked, again pleasantly surprised! We will definitely stay here again!
