Welcome to your ultimate vacation getaway in the heart of Marathon, Florida! Our exquisite, brand-new home is the epitome of luxury, designed to provide you with an unforgettable experience in the breathtaking Florida Keys.

Brand new with an spectacular outdoor area! 75' dock space, big enough for two boats, deep canal. Sleep 12 people comfortable. Pool/Spa, kayaks, games, lots of entertainment.

For when you’re ready to get out of snooze mode and into adventure mode:
Guests can enjoy a scenic drive down the famous Seven Mile Bridge to Key West for the impeccable sunsets and lively atmosphere filled with one-of-a-kind dive shops, eateries, bars and family-friendly activities like soaking up the sun in a fishing charter or snorkel trip. Enjoy street performances in Mallory Square, window-shopping down Duval Street and don’t forget to visit the Hemingway House and the Southernmost Point. Whatever you want to enjoy this trip, you can find it in Key West.

Want to experience something unique to Marathon? Consider visiting wildlife reserves like the Turtle hospital or the Dolphin Research Center where you can not only learn how to prevent these animals from extinction, but learn to feed and care for them with their special programs.

Can’t get enough of the beach? Marathon has 3 main beaches! Of all three, we recommend Sombrero Beach. This dog-friendly beach is spacious with a gorgeous stretch of a shoreline to enjoy a sunset walk on. The beach offers a covered pavilion and restrooms ready to enjoy from the morning until dusk.

Don’t forget to enjoy the local food with the waterfront views! We suggest visiting Sparky`s Landing in Key Colony Beach and Burdine`s Waterfront located at the end of 15th Street where you will find unique dining establishments with live music and of course, the catch-of-the-day.

Heating for Pool & Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of $300.00 for the week (must be paid before your arrival date)

Sandy Palms Vacations offers a complimentary starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.

Amazing villa

Villa coral is a beautiful villa it far exceeded our expectations. We stayed as a family of 9. There was plenty of room for everyone and to spread out accommodating all our needs. We paid extra for the pool to be heated which was lovely especially for the young children.

For real….Stop looking in marathon

I’m very picky with my VRBO vacation homes. This house hit it out of the ballbark. The only complaint is that the WIFI coverage is weak in spots and needs more expanders or something. It’s better in person than the ad. I love cooking and the kitchen is stocked with everything! I mean anything and everything. I’m serious when I say stop looking. It’s by far the best place I have stayed in the area. It’s awesome!

Beautiful home

We have used Sandy Palms in the past. Their homes are beautiful! Every detail is thought of. The homes smell amazing. We enjoyed the outside area all week including the pool. It was perfect for all of us. We had the pleasure of manatee visits a few times during the week which was amazingWe will rent from this company again!

Nice new home in Marathon

A group of 7 family/friends just stayed in the property for one week and here is our analysis.Pros*Clean and new property*well stocked with kitchen ware*Plenty of appliances *Outside kitchen great. *Appreciate the puzzles and gamesCons*Owner should supply a few trash bags, dishwasher tabs and laundry soap (not asking for a weeks worth). Suggestion: replace the snack basket (which was appreciated) with some above supplies. Who wants to go to the store for the above items and if we had left over.*Bedding and fair (flat pillows /ok quality sheets) *PLEASE secure pest control. Our entire group was eaten alive (and we used OFF) * 300 up charge to heat spa/pool a little high because of temperature restrictions by owner (and it doesn’t get that cold in Marathon). Too many bugs in the pool and we never had the pool service show up for a week. We would definitely consider coming back but would ask for the for some allowances outlined above.

Everything we needed was there. Had plenty of misc. items, we didn’t need to buy any the simple things. We had concerns with the proximity to the airport, this was a total non-issue. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Marathon trip

It is a very nice property. The weather was not what we hoped but we enjoyed our stay. It would be nice to have a couple mixing bowls and some cookie sheets in the kitchen. The outdoor space is very nice but the floor surface is very slippery when wet. A couple of us slipped and fell

Perfect outdoor living

We stayed with 3 families which included 6 kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kids loved fishing off the dock. We spent majority of our time utilizing the pool area. There is a boat ramp right down the road which made dropping in easy. We had a few issues after checking in but Monica was incredibly responsive and had everything fixed that day. Definitely would stay again!

Nice new house with pool, downstairs kitchen, lots of amenities, and easy access to gulf from canal frontage. Made friends with the sea turtles in the bay and a manatee that showed up several days in a row in canal at back of unit. Would highly recommend.

Our 2024 Family of 9 Vacation.

Overall the home was just beautiful ! Great layout with ample sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Below the home was a wonderful covered space built for entertaining a crowd and leading directly to the pool with a wonderful umbrella shade. Great dock space for our 2- 23 foot boats with room to spare. Great location with easy access to the Atlantic via Vaca Cut. Being next to the active runway at Marathon airport was only a slight noise issue. We will be coming back for another stay. As a family of coffee drinkers we were bummed that there was only a Kuerig for coffee maker that we did not use. Our daughter just happened to bring her coffee maker from home so we made due with that. Hopefully they will add a drip coffee maker to the rest of the kitchen gadgets they have on hand.

Great place

We had a great experience staying here. The outdoor kitchen / pool / play / relax area is well-designed and very inviting. Loved having a boat (we rented separately) on the substantial, sturdy, expansive canal docking area. We used the bait freezer and fish cleaning table - awesome to have that right by the water. Our kids (and a couple adults) loved playing billiards outside. The outdoor ice maker was a big hit. We all enjoyed the many different areas to relax and simply spend time together - this is a great setup for large families. The airport noise is louder than expected but I think we all grew accustomed to that after about a day.

Marathon Key

We had a great time staying at this property. It was close to everything had a great outdoor space. We spent all our time either on the boat we rented and parked right at our house or just enjoying the outdoor space at the house. Monica and her crew were quick to respond to any issue we had. We will definitely back at some point as all of us had a great time.

Remarkable vacation

My family and I stayed here for christmas. Ages 7-74 and everyone had a good time. The home is beyond beautiful. Has lots of things to do to keep everyone busy and happy. The neighbors are very friendly. Fishing in the canal was my favorite. We caught lots of fish and even nurse sharks. The manatees come and visit almost daily . I highly recommend staying at this house if visiting the Florida keys. You are right in the middle. We made unforgettable memories here.
