About this property

New, charming 3 BD/2BA home with spacious backyard, fire pit, and gorgeous views. This home is located just minutes from Sand Hollow and Quail Creek reservoirs and 20 miles from Zion National Park. Play on the water, rent ATVs, go fishing or play disc golf at Grandpa's Pond. Spend the day exploring Zion's National Park located just 20 miles away. Close to shopping and restaurants. Grocery store and gas station within walking distance. Parking behind house for ATV, Jeep or trailer.

Home has a studio apartment that is rented out with it's own private entrance. Guests won't have access to the studio, and the tenant doesn't have access to the house.
