We are Penn State Alumni and super fans that wanted to always have a place to stay in Happy Valley instead of the random gross hotel rooms. We have three children so sharing a room with them is never ideal. We purchased this brand new townhome and called it the Penn State house!
We love football, basketball, volleyball, and wrestling. We are theming the home to be vintage Penn State. Its cool and different.

We travel quite a bit and being close to the airport is so convenient. And new construction so close to downtown State College is non-existent.
What makes this property unique
It's NEW! Everything is brand new from the carpet to the appliances to the furniture. Its a perfect size for families or your friends.
