FAMILY UNIT JUST STEPS FROM THE BEAUTIFUL SANDY BEACH
Call or email with question Stay at our beautiful condo close to Pier Park and the PCB airport just 20 minutes away. You will enjoy the beautiful white beaches, warm gulf water, shopping, and many restaurants. Located at beach access 71 with easy access to the beach. Just a five minute walk to the water. This unit is located in the FRONT of the complex. The complex surrounded by beautiful landscaping. This tropically landscaped property features two tennis courts, three swimming pools, two cascading waterfalls, hot tub, kiddie pool. This newly updated, rental unit is clean, spacious, and completely furnished. It is built in a townhouse style with both bedrooms and full bath upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, vanity with sink, and sliding glass doors leading to a private balcony with a huge closet and tv. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with another large closet with a tv. The downstairs features a fully-equipped kitchen, snack bar, dining area, living room, half bath, and laundry. Parking spaces are located at the front entrance to this condo, with additional parking across the street in front of the tennis courts. This unit is a no smoking, no pets allowed unit. Due to the family atmosphere at this complex we will rent to families and mature adults only.
