This very popular condo offers the best River patio in the heart of Gruene. Our place is perfect for friends and family gatherings, and get togethers. The back deck is extra large In order to accommodate larger gatherings. El Patio Grande, unit 105, is located on the first floor, adjacent to the pool, in The Village at Gruene. The premier site for the perfect Gruene/ New Braunfels getaway located in the heart of Gruene, Texas. Unit 105 is the most requested unit in the complex because of the large patio in the back which provides the tenants with ample living space to entertain, eat and relax. We have an established reputation for providing quality linens and exceptional furnishings. This fabulous unit is a 3/2 with all the amenities a doting traveler would expect: the finest linens, two large Smart TV's and cable, granite countertops, finely appointed living area, a loaded kitchen for all of your cooking pleasures. The master contains a queen bed, a single pull out, and an attached full bath with tub and shower. One guest room has a very nice wooden bunk with a double bottom. The other guest room has A queen and a twin bed. All the mattresses are top of the line as the owner spared no expenses in his unit. A full washer and dryer including detergent is included for your vacation needs. A spacious patio overlooks the beautiful Guadalupe River. Additional amenities include the pool areal with a granite waterfall, a walkway to the Guadalupe where the guests may sit and watch the tourists pass on toobs, barbeque on one of the two grills or wade into the water to enjoy the cool waters of the Guadalupe. The complex is located in the heart of Gruene, Texas and is walking distance to all of the Gruene offerings including Live Music,Rockin’ R, Gruene Hall, and a wide range of restaurants boutiques and antiques! ALL within walking distance. Gruene Mansion offers a wonderful breakfast!!

1. Run the dishwasher before leaving. Please place all dirty dishes, coffee pot and microwave plate (if needed)
2. Take all trash to the dumpster which is in the front of the parking lot on the pool side
3. Please empty the refrigerator
4. Please wipe down the counter top in the kitchen
5. Return all furniture to its original places

Incredible Location

You can't beat the location in the heart of Gruene, only minutes walk from all the great Gruene spots. The Internet and TV have us some issues. But overall the stay was enjoyable and we will likely be back.

Stairs being a problem, first floor lodging was perfect… Lovely view of the river, especially since the trees were denuded all foliage, but winter has its charms too at Sunset. First day we saw two young foxes and two deer, obviously obviously not walking together, but on the hillside just below the patio, so encouraged that wildlife is still more or less disturbed and abundant in spite of heavy development. Everything within walking distance for two old timers and our mini Labradoodle Pepper. Comfy beds except there was a rollaway left in the spare bedroom that didn’t really need to be there, but didn’t get in my way. Enjoy the two large screen, smart TVs God willing we will return

We loved staying here.. Patio was amazing to relax on with all the trees around.. Enough room for 7 people. Gruene was right next door. Close to shopping, restaurants and tubing. Queen and twin bed in the front room could be better but the couch is very comfy.. We will rent again..

Great weekday stay!

Location was perfect, it was great to be able to walk in Gruene without worrying about parking. It was quiet, comfortable for 8 of us. Loved the huge patio outside and that the unit was dog friendly. We usually stay closer to Schlitterbahn but this was so much better. Would love to visit again.

Great getaway!!

The condo is clean and has direct river access. You’re within walking distance to all the shops, bars and restaurants. This unit has the extra large balcony which is nice for bigger groups. We don’t use the pool but it’s there if you like. Property manager is very responsive and helpful:)

Our hope was that families would come and enjoy all of the amenities Gruene and New Braunfels have to offer. A beautiful complex. No need for a car! Walk to restaurants, shopping and tubing/rafting.
