Quiet Waterfront House Sleeps10, Plenty Of Parking, Boat Slip
Great location off Rt 1. Close to outlets, beach. 1 king, 2 full, 2 twin, 1 king pull out. parking for 5 cars. Quiet area. Kayaks are in the garage for kayaking in the bay off the pier. The boat slip is also available for use. The water around the house is shallow (18in low tide, 3ft high tide) so keep that in mind when bringing your boat. Great area to jet ski in!.

This is truly a home away from home. The advertised photos do not do it justice. The home was equipped with everything we needed and more. There was six of us vacationing. The layout of the home and accommodations were just what we hoped for.fweneedehave a relaxing, xomfortablev
Beautiful property with the bay right outside your back door. Took the kayaks out everyday and explored the bay and all of its waterways. Low tide provided a plethora of wildlife to observe. Enjoyed using the bikes and crab traps. Home was clean and spacious. Needs some updating and a bigger (or additional fridge) for people who enjoy cooking and eating in. A ladder to access the bay safely for kayaking/sailing is recommended addition as it is not easy to climb down to the water. Surprised to find construction of a large home going on next door - lots of trucks in the street with work beginning 8:00/8:15 during the week. Crew was friendly and respectful but work vehicles kept us from enjoying the gazebo in the morning. Evenings were quiet and peaceful with gentle breezes and gorgeous sunsets.
it's our third year staying at Gina's place on the bay. The crabbing was great, we used the dock for a few boat trips, had hors d'oeuvres on the back deck, played lots of ping pong and enjoyed family dinners at the dining table.
Thanks Gina!!
This vacation was fantastic—clean, very well appointed house —has everything you need. The spot on the bay is just breathtaking. Beautiful views, quiet, private , just so peaceful. We had several generations ranging from 20 to 87. The older “non beach” crew were contented and relaxed at the house on the bay. For the “beach” crowd it was just a short car ride to Rehobeth or Dewey which we went to everyday for 6+ hours then back to the bay for dinner and family time. Truly a perfect spot for our family. We will be back.
A little slice of heaven on the bay. The house is nestled into a quiet neighborhood right on the bay. It is very clean and spacious. Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved going crabbing right off the dock and kayaking in the bay. The house offers all aspects of home! It is also very close to shopping/beaches and so much more! We plan to return for our vacation next year!!!
We had a great time at Gina’s place. It was super clean, had plenty of linens/towels, and the washer/dryer is a plus. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, etc. needed for cooking. There are bikes and kayaks in the garage and crab traps in the backyard. TP/paper towels were also provided. It had everything we needed. The sunsets from the private dock are amazing. I’m sure we will be back again!
Property was as listed. It needs some updates and repairs ( back screen door mbdrm, back addition ) caps on railing broke or falling off.
We were not told of new construction next door which began at 7:30 till 4:30 daily. Diesel fuel and exhaust fumes. Constant machine alarms. Not peaceful at all. 😩
The house is right on Rehoboth Bay with a private dock, kayaks, bikes crab traps and a great view. The place is spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Gina is easy to work with very friendly. There are many good places to eat in the area and a few excellent state parks. We had a wonderful stay.

This is the second year that our family has stayed at Gina's and we thoroughly enjoyed our week. The beds are comfortable, the AC worked great and the sunsets are amazing. Communication was excellent and we were allowed to check in a bit early after the cleaners finished up.
Crabbing off the dock was terrific and we used the 3 kayaks with life jackets that were provided. Thank you Gina for another great week!!!

Lovely home on the bay… perfect for my city life family to appreciate .
Owner was very attentive to our needs and provided 100 percent with accommodations ….house had a spectacular view of bay and perfect location to activities , restaurants and stores.
My first time renting a beach house and it was wonderful. My family and I really enjoyed it and we will rent this property again. The peaceful setting was great and much needed!
We loved everything about the property and the area. We took in all of the sights and sounds around town. The home itself was very accommodating for us and our needs. We were sure to leave it in the best possible condition for the next guest.
We had a great relaxing week with family in this immaculate home. Everything and more was there to make your stay pleasant. The neighborhood was peaceful and nice for biking riding w the kids.
A very special thanks to Gina for sharing her very special home with us. We had such a wonderful time just enjoying the great view, amazing sunsets and just relaxing outside in the gazebo. Gina has the home so well stocked with everything you need. We certainly took advantage of gas grill and kitchen to cook some of our own meals but made sure to visit the nearby restaurants. Visiting nearby towns is easy. Nothing seems too far.
The beds were very comfortable and the house just says “welcome “ .
We hope to come back again.
We stayed at this home for 3 weeks. Here are my notes, but it’s still a 5-star property:
- Gina is a great communicator if you need her.
- The view and backyard definitely make the property.
- This is an older home, but it was still very comfortable and felt homey. The house layout was nice.
- The sunroom with a ping pong table was a bonus.
- The views were awesome and the sunsets changed every night.
- Kayaks were included and worked great. We also brought an inflatable paddle board which was fun.
- Neighbors were nice
- Neighborhood was very quiet
- Plenty of linens
- Outdoor shower was great for sandy beach days
- WiFi was strong, which was helpful for us working
- Beds:
- All of them were comfortable with the exception of the twin in the 3rd bedroom. Luckily, my 3 year old didn’t care.
- Location:
- It was a great central location to the outlets, restaurants and the beach. (10-15 minutes driving) But it was great to have a water view so you didn’t feel like you had to go anywhere.
- Food Recommendations:
- Big Fish Grille
- Dewey Beer Company
- Of course, Kohr Bros, Thrashers, Grotto Pizza
- Boat Thoughts/Mistakes:
- We brought a pontoon boat. Make sure you check the Bay Tides. It is only 18 inches to 5 feet at its deepest points.
- If you have a fresh water boat, BEWARE of barnacles.
- Also, we didn’t use it as much as we wanted because of the tides and rough waters.
- There is a boat ramp in the neighborhood across the street. Make sure you do it at HIGH tide. Otherwise, Love Creek Landing was a 10 minute drive with a paved boat ramp.
- There was plenty of room to back the trailer in the driveway.
- Things I didn’t like:
- The water wasn’t swimmable, in my opinion.
- With little kids there was no real beach access around the property, unless you drive.
- Not great fishing, but fun to drop the crab traps in and see what you get.
- Guest room got really bright at sunrise, so the kids were up too early. Blackout curtains may be a nice addition.
Overall, if we come back to Rehoboth we would stay here again. It was a great well-equipped family property.
The scenery was so beautiful, the house was clean and everything was ready for a vacation, so it was fun to catch crabs and stingrays at the pier. Also, the neighbors are quiet and friendly.
Enjoyed staying at Gulls Perch.
Loved the closeness to water.
Nice outdoor deck.
Plenty of space for the four of us.
Porch with a great view of Rehobeth Bay.
The ping pong table on the back porch was a welcome bonus on cold, rainy afternoons.
The pictures didn’t do it justice, it was a beautiful and very well equipped home. It was the cleanest vacation home I’ve ever stayed in. I hope to visit again next year. Thank you!
