- Enjoy some wine on Wood Ave
-A brief walk to WIldemere (3 minutes) or Walnut Beach (10 minutes) to enjoy the sun and water. Walk to the Tyde. 20 minute drive to local Fairfield U and Sacred Heart.
This peaceful beach community is welcoming and ready for you to come explore. Take a stroll to the coffee shop, restaurants, beach boardwalk, and the BEST ice cream shop... Walnut Beach Creamery, or maybe order in and enjoy relaxing out back on the beautiful patio by the fire pit and enjoy smores. Quick drive to hiking areas and beautiful fall foliage.
The space
The home has 3 bedrooms & loft area in the 3rd bedroom with a futon for 4th bed if needed. I don't recommend the loft area for young kids under 5 due to the stairs.

Guest will have access to entire home and spacious backyard area.

Enjoyed our visit to Milford.

We enjoyed our stay at The W! The short walk to the beach was great! We loved the coffee maker and made delicious lattes each day! The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.

Cozy beach house

Rented this cottage for my daughters graduation from college. Lovely house landlord answers right back when you send her a message. Left us a little host gift. Parking Is in adjacent lot. We did not have trouble finding parking, however, some people parked us in and it was hard to get out of the lot. Not the fault of the landlord. Beautiful backyard with a fire pit and outdoor string lights. Made a nice background for grad pics with the family. Only has one bathroom, but we made the best of it. The bathroom is on the first floor bedrooms are on second floor. Overall, we had a great stay! Michelle was an awesome landlord

My family had a great weekend at The W! Our kids loved the loft room and the close access to the beach and the bird and wildlife sanctuary. The fenced in yard was great for enjoying coffee in the morning and sitting with our dog. Host Michelle was great and the directions and instructions were super simple. Thank you!

We are originally from CT and moved to Tampa. We come back to Milford every year to visit and my husbands family had a house on the beach close by so we are very familiar with the area. I love to give guests ideas of great restaurants or places to explore. We love our little Milford home and enjoy sitting on the beach with friends and walking to the coffee shop, Nautilus for great pizza or Walnut Creamery for the best ice cream!!

Why they chose this property

My husbands family had a home on Wildemere beach and we spent our summers there with our kids! It's a special quaint little town with a lot of character and great beaches and amazing pizza and restaurants!

What makes this property unique

Close to the beach... just a 3 minute stroll. Back yard is fully fenced in for dogs to visit too!
