Minutes from various golf resorts, Los Lagos, Huukan, El Rio, Chaparral and Laughlin Ranch. Saltgrass and Bubba Gumps. New Laughlin concert area. Great jump off to Grand Canyon, Lake Havasu, Parker and Old Route 66.

What makes this property unique

In the Sunrise Vista Community, evenings and sunsets are majestic. If you enjoy riding out in the desert it is just outside the community. Amenities for snowbirds are endless. 2 community pools, shopping, theaters, and casinos are close. Farmers market, and plenty of yard sales for that specific item.
