Overall nice condo and good host

We arrived to the building with good direction from the host. We where assisted with our bags by a man downstairs. We where provided the wrong door code and had to wait about 5 minutes to get the correct code. Not a big deal. The condo was nice just like the photos. I did however have a problem getting the hot tube started. I have one at my home so im familar with the system. A man came promply to fix it and assured me that i was working good. We left the hot tube on for several hours and It did not heat up even 1 degree. This was a major dissapointment becasue the hot tube was the deciding factor for me booking the condo. my guest and I was super bumbed out but I didnt want to keep having the old ,man come to try and fix it as we wanted to just have some quite time alone. If this is a deal breaker for you make sure to message the host and have him verify that everything is working properly. Overall all good stay and I would come back if the hot tube is working.
