*Private Pool: The private pool at Sealestial at Seacrest Beach on 30A can be heated or chilled upon request for $65 per night, with payment required in full at the time of request and approval. The fee applies only for consecutive nights, and intermittent requests will not be accepted or accommodated.
During warmer months, the pool temperature can be adjusted for cooling. During colder months, the pool will be heated to a maximum temperature of 90 degrees. Any tampering, alteration, or modification of the pool equipment without explicit, written consent or direction from the property management is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy will result in a fine, in addition to any repair or replacement costs incurred.
Please be advised that both heating and cooling are subject to external weather conditions, and the actual pool temperature may fluctuate accordingly, as these factors are outside of our control. In accordance with state law, all private pools are required to have alarms on doors and windows that lead to the pool as a safety measure. This property is equipped with the mandated alarms. Any tampering, disabling, or modification of these alarms is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction, without refund or compensation, in addition to any applicable fines.

- Seacrest Beach Seasonal Beach & Pool Shuttle/Tram Service: Seasonal service from March through October, providing easy transportation within the community, including to the beach and pool.
- Golf Cart/LSV (Low Speed Vehicle): Effective January 1st, 2022, Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), Mokes, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), go-carts, motor scooters or similar motorized vehicles are prohibited within Seacrest Beach.

- Beach Chairs: Beach chairs may be located at the property during your reservation but are not guaranteed.

- Seasonal service from March through October, providing easy transportation within the community, including to the beach and pool.

Seacrest Beach Amenity Packet:
Before arrival, guests must complete an online registration form to receive their amenity wristbands and parking passes. This form will ask for the following details:

The Neighborhood:
Seacrest Beach is a colorful beach community nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This easy going neighborhood, identifiable by the large beach chair at the front of the community and palm lined streets, is the perfect place to spend your next getaway boasting a 12,000 square foot community pool. Seacrest Beach is within walking or biking distance to the Emerald Coast's famous sugar white beaches and steps to the Seacrest Town Center or Rosemary Beach. The Seacrest Beach town center is located at The Village of South Walton, featuring delectable dining options, shops and bike rentals. Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon. The community pool, open year round, is an impressive 378,000 gallons making it one of the largest community pools in Florida. The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies, and weddings are held. It can also be a great place for catch or a sunny picnic.
Other Things to Note:
Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.
Promotions, Rates, Availability, Closures, Construction, and Cancellations:

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Exterior Surveillance Noticer: For the security of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras are in place. These may include, but are not limited to, a front doorbell camera, driveway camera, cameras monitoring balconies, and a camera overseeing the pool area. These devices are positioned to ensure safety while respecting guest privacy.
