Step into instant relaxation! This beautiful 4 bedroom/3 full bath home is perfectly located, one block from the beach and a very short walk to town. With an abundance of outdoor space to enjoy, you can relax on the large screened-in porch, read a book on the adirondack chairs out front or catch more sun rays on the rooftop deck! There are two outdoor showers and a side yard to enjoy shooting hoops or playing corn hole! Four parking spaces are available.
Inside, enjoy the privacy of the four bedrooms on the first floor, including a large primary bedroom/bathroom and an additional guest suite with its own full bath. There is a full bath downstairs in the foyer as well that also offers access to the 2nd Queen room. The bunk room provides added room for 4 guests!
Upstairs, take in the unique, bright and open floor plan. The kitchen, family room and loft are open to each other and provide a variety of areas to gather, play games, eat meals, or just simply relax.
Anytime of year is a great time to spend at this wonderful home!
