Stunning Lakefront Winter Getaway! Near Gunstock & Bank of NH Pavilion


Welcome to your own private townhouse with gorgeous views of Lake Winnipesaukee! Enjoy the sunset each night on the private deck or by the cozy fireplace with a glass of wine from the wine fridge. Gorgeous views of beautiful lake and landscape. Includes plenty of beds for friends & family. Centrally located just minutes to Weirs Beach, Bank of NH Pavilion and Gunstock Mountain. Just a short drive to all the adventurous activities the White Mountains have to offer! Be sure to check out all the Fall and Winter festivities occurring in the Lake's Region this season!

The space:

As you enter this stunning newly remodeled space you will make your way up a small staircase into the spacious kitchen which connects to the open concept dining and family room. Walk out the slider to a peaceful balcony with retractable awning overlooking the lake. A half bath and pull-out sofa complete the space. Up another set of stairs you will find two bedrooms with gorgeous views and blackout curtains as well as a full bath. The master bedroom includes a day bed as well.

Guest access:

Guests have access to the beautiful pool, tennis/pickleball courts located on site as well as the day docks. Primary parking is space #3 directly in front of the main entrance. Additional parking is available in the visitors (V) spaces. The entrance to the condo is door #3 facing the parking lot.

Access to the docks is locked across from the main entrance to the association, down the steps from the street. The pool is located up the hill by the tennis/pickleball courts.

Other things to note:

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out at 10am. Kindly note this is a no-smoking and no-pets allowed home in respect to our guests with allergies.

CLEANING PROCEDURES: We are taking extra precautions during these times to ensure you have a fantastic experience. First, all access when arriving and exiting does not require key contact/exchange nor interaction with any person. Additionally, we are taking extra cleaning precautions; regular cleanings between rentals, disinfecting all high touch surface areas (kitchen, bathroom, doorknobs, door handles, furniture, rugs, etc.) with disinfectant.

Wonderful Winter Getaway!

We had a great winter weekend getaway! We were in the area for the pond hockey tournament in Meredith but also wanted to visit Gunstock. This was a perfect location between the two. Check-in, parking, and getting settled were a breeze. Everything in the condo is as pictured and all necessities are at your fingertips. We loved the ease of use of the fireplace, spent a lot of time sitting around the table playing games, and the kitchen had everything we needed for easy breakfast and lunch preparation. The bedrooms were spacious, mattresses were super comfy, and everything was very clean. This was a great find and perfect for what we needed. We would absolutely stay again in the future!

We absolutely loved the condo. It was very clean, nicely decorated and communication with Kristina was great. Loved the sunsets on the lake from the balcony. We were there for an event at Gunstock and was about 10-15 drive from the condo. Was not a problem for us but there are a lot of stairs as condo is built on 2.5 levels.

Weekend Getaway…. Longer?…uh, maybe.

The Pros: this is nice clean condo with a gorgeous view. There are plenty of towels, a comfy bed with nice linens, good Tv Internet, Laundry upstairs and the pool is sweet with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The location is fantastic! The owners are easy, kind and respond quickly. The Cons: it’s not “stunning” it’s nice. You enter to face a flight of stairs to go up to the living area and then up another flight of stairs with a landing to the bedrooms. It’s a lot of stairs and a lot of up and down carrying stuff up to just get to the living area. The living room couch is short seated and stiff so not very comfortable for a longer stay like ours (16 days) and there is no coffee table or large ottoman in front of it. It’s just an upright place to sit. The kitchen was not ‘fully stocked’ when there isn’t a single fry pan, large or small, no pot holders, no salad bowls, no drinking tumblers, no hand mixer, etc. I am sure the owners will remedy some of this but for us it was annoying to try and cook without the basics.

We came in town for a ski race at Gunstock. I had my 11 year old son and my parents with me. The condo was super comfortable, clean and the linens were soft and good quality. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were AMAZING!! Kristina answered my question quickly and was so helpful and nice. She even left us a bottle of wine! It’s the simple things that go along way. We are definitely going to stay here next year. Thank you so much for opening up your home to us! Your an amazing host!!

This condo unit with views of the lake from the terrace and master bedroom is exceptionally clean and was the perfect set up for me, my husband and our teenage son.
